Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically perform uniform dyeing with indigo by pouring a preparatorily conditioned indigo liquid into a dyeing tank provided with an ultrasonic vibrator, immersing a dyeing cloth attached to a suspension tool, transferring the cloth from the bath to air after a prescribed period to effect the airing process and repeating the above procedures several times. CONSTITUTION:A fermented indigo liquid is transferred to a fermentation conditioning tank 2 and circulated with a circulation pump 13 while inspecting the temperature, pH, oxidation- reduction potential and electric conductivity with instruments to effect the conditioning of the indigo liquid. The conditioned liquid is transferred to a dyeing tank 1 with a transfer pump 17. A cloth 5 to be dyed in splashed patterns is attached to a supporting tool 18, lowered by the action of a lifting device 8, immersed in the dyeing tank 1 in extended state, transferred with a cloth-transferring machine 7 and, at the same time, irradiated with the vibration energy of an ultrasonic vibrator 3 to start the dyeing of the cloth. After a prescribed period, the actions of the above transferring machine 7 and the ultrasonic vibrator 3 are stopped, the cloth 5 is pulled up into air with the lifting device, the excess indigo liquid is removed with a squeezing roller 9 and the airing of the indigo is carried out. The dyeing, squeezing and airing steps are automatically repeated several times until the color density of the dyed cloth reaches a prescribed level.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention is a method of dyeing and dyeing Kasuri mat by ultrasonic irradiation in a dye bath.
This invention relates to an ultrasonic automatic dyeing device that is capable of uniformly dyeing indigo in a medium color.

(Conventional technology) For example, the dyeing technique for authentic Oshima pongee kasuri textiles is to perform kasuri dyeing in which the threads are partially resist-dyed, so 16 silk threads (fiber M1 aggregate) are hardened with glue and woven with gas cotton thread. Tighten to create a resist dyeing area and dye. When dyeing indigo kasuri, it is necessary to maintain the reduced state of the indigo, and it is not possible to dye it by rubbing the indigo too vigorously or by raising the temperature of the indigo solution. This is because vigorous operations in the indigo promote oxidation of the reduced indigo, and high liquid temperatures cause the highly alkaline indigo to embrittle the silk.

For this reason, traditional Oshima Tsumugi indigo dyeing has been carried out manually by gently dipping the kasuri casing in indigo, then pulling it up from the indigo and squeezing it with a roller repeatedly to develop the color.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the dyeing method described above, the penetration of the dye solution during dipping is insufficient. The immersion and roller squeezing operations are repeated many times, which requires a great deal of effort. In addition, as a result of repeating indigo dyeing many times in order to dye the surface and center uniformly, indigo kasuri could only be dyed dark blue. There was a desire to make the characteristic of indigo dyeing, which can originally dye a rich variety of beautiful blues ranging from light to deep colors, to dyeing indigo kasuri, and to diversify products by adding new products such as light and medium-colored indigo kasuri.

The present invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and aims to provide a new ultrasonic automatic dyeing device that can dye indigo kasuri in light to medium colors and with good level dyeing properties. (Means for Solving the Problems) The dyeing apparatus of the present invention to solve the above problems measures and manages the indigo liquid in the fermentation adjustment tank so that the properties of the indigo liquid are constant, and the indigo liquid is subjected to ultrasonic waves. The indigo liquid is supplied to a dyeing tank equipped with a vibrator, and dyed while being moved into the dyeing tank by an automatic transfer mechanism.Excess indigo liquid is removed by a squeezing mechanism after being lifted into the air, and the indigo dye is removed from the air. The structure is characterized by air ringing while moving, and the kasuri π attached to this device via a J-shaped hanging bracket is dyed, squeezed, and air ringed by a sequence control device. Each dyeing process is automatically repeated until a predetermined density is achieved, and the predetermined dyeing process can be performed quickly without requiring any manual labor or skill.

An ultrasonic generator is attached to the side of the dyeing tank of the apparatus of the present invention to generate a uniform ultrasonic sound field in the tank, and the kasuri casing is expanded and transferred into the dye liquor via a J-shaped hanging fitting. By uniformly irradiating the dye with ultrasonic waves, it efficiently promotes uniform diffusion of the dye into the Kasuri casing, and due to the dyeing reaction promotion effect of ultrasonic waves, it is possible to dye evenly in light and medium colors without uneven dyeing, which was previously impossible. Dyeing becomes possible. In addition, due to the action and effect of ultrasonic waves, it is possible to dye kasuri in light to medium colors with good ground breaking.

Control signals are input to the kasuri casing lifting machine 8, kasuri pattern moving machine 7, and ultrasonic vibrator 3 in the dyeing process order programmed in the control device 10, and the kasuri casing 5 is immersed and dyed. After dyeing, the Kasuri Kasuri 5 is drawn up into the air and squeezed, and the indigo liquid is removed by a roller 9. After that, it is expanded in the air and the dyeing is fixed by airing. By repeating this process,
Uniform dyeing of a medium color is possible, and the dyeing method will be described in detail below.

First, as a hanging-type support mechanism for the Kasuri style 5, which is the object to be dyed, the metal fittings 18 of the attachment part are connected in units of multiple pieces at the upper part with strips of cloth at equal intervals, and at the lower part there are a pair of 3-shaped pieces. I have a wire for hanging Kasuri style. If the kasuri casing is directly supported by metal fittings, it will be difficult to draw it with a roller, so attach a string of a certain length to the kasuri string and hang it on a J-shaped wire to attach the kasuri pattern.

At the same time that the Kasuri casing moving machine 7 starts rotating in the forward direction, the electric energy supplied from the ultrasonic oscillator 6 is applied to the ultrasonic vibrator 3.
The energy is converted into mechanical vibration energy and irradiated onto the Kasuri casing, starting the dyeing process by dipping. After the specified dyeing time has passed,
Move #Jl? Then, the ultrasonic oscillation stops and the elevator 8 lifts the object into the air. The Kasuri casings 5 in the unfolded state are then bundled by the moving machine 7 into four equal parts above the dyeing tank including the position where the squeezing roller 9 is located. At this point, the hydraulic unit 11 is started, and the frame equipped with the squeezing roller 9 moves forward and rises, and at a fixed position, the rollers hold the bundle of kasuri casings between the front and back. Subsequently, the frame begins to descend and removes the indigo dye adhering to the Kasuri casing 5 while sequentially squeezing it from top to bottom. At the lower limit position where the drawing is finished, the roller presser returns, and after the frame retreats, the moving machine 7 rotates 174 times in the normal direction, starting the drawing process for the next kasuri-like bundle. When the above-described drawing process is repeated four times and all the kat patterns are squeezed, the hydraulic unit 11 is stopped, and the bundled kat patterns are unfolded by the moving machine 7 in a 174 reverse direction. The unfolded kasuri casing is rotated in the normal direction again by the moving machine 7 and air-ringed while rotating in the air for a certain period of time.

For example, it has been confirmed that even thick fabrics such as canvas, woven embroidery, terry cloth, and chassis can be dyed evenly to the center of the fabric. In particular, ultrasonic dyeing is an effective means for dyeing objects that are difficult to squeeze with a roller in a liquid due to constraints such as the shape of the object. Furthermore, this device can be applied not only to fermented indigo liquid but also to industrial reduction baths.
