全開の開始位置まで移動するストロークＳに等し
い遊びをもたせて前記スロツトルワイヤー１９の
途中もしくは前記操作レバー２２に連動連繋し、
エンジン始動時にはスロツトルバルブ１４が全開
になつてからチヨークバルブ４が全閉状態となる
