Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent difference in level between the unwinding position of a wood veneer and a position on a carry-out conveyor by a method wherein a pulley axle positioned to the upper part of a wood veneer roll is rockable toward the upper surface of the veneer wood roll, and along with rotation of a drive guide belt, the approximate half part on the carry-out side of the wood veneer roll is driven, and the tip part of the wood veneer is unwound in the direction of a pulley axle positioned on the carry-in side of the wood veneer roll. CONSTITUTION:An upper pulley axle 16 around which a drive guide belt 17 is stretched is brought into contact with the upper part of the outer periphery of a wood veneer roll 3 through the working of a fluid cylinder 18 for rocking and simultaneously a fastening member by means of which the wood veneer roll 3 is fastened is unfastened, and the drive guide belt 17 and a return conveyor 22 are synchronously driven through a continuously variable speed change gear 24. In this case, the approximate half part on the carry-out side, ranging from the upper part of the outer peripheral part of the roll to the lower part thereof, of the outer peripheral part of the wood veneer roll 3 has a plurality of spots located in the direction of an axis and surrounded with the respective drive guide belts 17, and rotation is exerted directly on the surrounded parts. The tip of the wood veneer 1 unwound along with the rotation is delivered toward the carry-in side of the wood veneer roll 3, and is fed through a return conveyor 22 located at a lower stage to a drier.

``Prior Art'' Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, a veneer veneer l cut by a veneer lace is placed on a winding reel 2 rotating in pressure contact with a side drive roll at a winding position, and a winding ball 3 of an appropriate diameter is used. The ball is wound up until it becomes , and after being temporarily stored in the rolled ball stock area 4, or transported as it is to the end of the rolled ball stock area 4 on the transfer rack 5, it is then transferred to the unwinding position 6.
After both shafts of the winding reel 2 are supported on the reel receiver 8 fixed to the reel support 7, the touch belt 9 is brought into contact with the upper outer periphery of the winding reel 3 to unwind it, and the next step is carried out. The veneer dryer 10 is transferred to a discharge conveyor 12 connected to a conveyor 11 of the veneer dryer 10.

That is, at the unwinding position 6 of the upper rolled ball stock area 4, the relatively thin veneer veneer 1 for the original sheet is normally unwound and transferred to the upper transport conveyor 11 of the veneer dryer 10, The empty rewinding reel 2 is returned from the upper rewinding position 6 to the reel stock area 14 via a return rack 13 extending diagonally downward. A medium veneer veneer 1 having a thickness almost twice that of the veneer veneer 1 is rewound and transferred to the lower conveyor 11, which has a slower conveyance speed than the upper conveyor 11G. The empty take-up reel 2 after rewinding is returned to the reel stock area 14 from the lower unwinding position 6 via a return rack 13 extending obliquely upward.

When this falls, for example, the relatively thin plywood veneer l on the upper stage has u! i The resin streaks that occur in the inner direction of the fibers and the dry cracks tend to tear, and in the lower row, even one original was cut from low-grade parts such as sapwood and core material. Since the veneer veneer 1 is rolled up, even if it is approximately twice as thick as the upper layer, it tends to tear easily in the fiber direction, as described above.

However, even in this conventional method, still
The difference in level between the unwinding position of the veneer veneer 1 and the unloading conveyor 12 has not been resolved, and the only drive for the winding bobbin 3 is the unwinding conveyor, and the chain with rollers simply surrounds the lower half of the bobbin and is not synchronized. Smooth feeding was prevented because it was not driven.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' In view of the above, the present invention supports rotor portions at both ends of a take-up reel with a wound ball wound thereon in a veneer veneer unwinding position of a reel support so as to freely rotate. Approximately half of the loading side of the rolled ball is in an open state, and approximately half of the unloading side is suspended in a tensioned state by multiple rows of drive guide bands. By making the pulley shaft located at the top of the winding ball swingable relative to the top surface of the winding ball, and driving approximately half of the unloading side of the winding ball as the drive guide band rotates, the tip of the veneer veneer is moved to the winding winding side. It feeds out in the axial direction of the pulley located at.

Under this condition, the rolled ball 3 whose outer periphery has been temporarily secured with a tightening member such as a stapler, rope, tape, etc. and which has been temporarily stored in the rolled ball stock area 4 is mounted onto the reel receiver 8 from the transfer rack 5. At this time, the drive guide band 17 is always maintained in a tensioned state, and the actuation G of the fluid cylinder 36 causes it to extend with its piston rod 37, and the pushing body 35 is moved to the position shown by the two-dot chain line using the pivot point of the bracket 38 as a fulcrum. The winding ball 3 is pushed against the tension force by swinging, and the winding roll 2
The rotor portions at both ends of the reel are supported on the reel holder 8 so as to be freely rotatable, and then the reel holder 15 prevents the reel from shifting. In addition, after the reel presser 15 is operated, the pushing body 35 is retracted to the solid line position by an operation opposite to that described above.

Therefore, the winding ball 3 can enjoy driving from about half of its outer circumference using the reel receiver 8, which is the supporting part, as a fulcrum, and furthermore, the tip of the veneer veneer l, which is rewound as it rotates, is driven as it is. The rolled ball 3, which is in an open state on the guide band 17, is fed out toward the input side. When the unwound veneer veneer 1 reaches the pulley shaft 16 located on the loading side of the roll 3, it is folded back to the lower folding conveyor 22 following the curvature of this pulley, and from above the folding conveyor 22 to the linked conveyor 23. After that, the veneer veneer 1 is continuously supplied to a veneer dryer or to a cutting device where it is cut to a fixed length.

"Effects" As described above, according to the device of the present invention, at the veneer veneer unwinding position of the reel support, the trochanter portions at both ends of the take-up reel with the winding ball wound thereon are freely rotatably supported. Approximately half of the loading side of the roll is in an open state, and approximately half of the unloading side is suspended under tension by multiple rows of drive guide bands at arbitrary intervals in the axial direction of the take-up reel. Among the pulley shafts to be rolled, the pulley shaft located at the top of the rolled ball is made to be able to swing freely relative to the top surface of the rolled ball, and a folding conveyor is arranged immediately below the pulley shaft located on the rolled ball loading side. By setting the unwinding direction of the veneer veneer from the ball in the opposite direction to the unwinding direction of the conventional device, the difference in level from the unwinding position of the veneer veneer to the top of the carry-out conveyor 12 is eliminated. This eliminates the drawbacks of the device, that is, due to the difference in level, the material may tear at the tarnished or dry cracked portion, or may curl from its tip and be deviated and transported.

In addition, the roller chain used in some conventional devices only surrounds the lower half of the rolled ball, and the rotation of the rolled ball is carried out by a rewinding conveyor that engages only at its outer periphery. Therefore, when the veneer veneer is fed out, the fiber direction tends to be stretched or loosened in the lower half of the bobbin surrounded by the roller chain, but according to the device of the present invention, The winding ball can be driven synchronously with at least half of its outer circumference using the reel holder, which is the supporting part, as a fulcrum, and the tip of the veneer veneer that is unwound as it rotates is directly connected to the drive guide band. The rolled ball is fed out toward the input side with the top open, and smooth feeding can be expected.

Furthermore, if the tip part at the initial stage of unwinding tends to rise due to the rotation of the winding ball, depending on the curl state of the veneer veneer, resin content, water content, etc., the unwinding roll, suction hood, etc.
Separation and feeding can be facilitated by using an air supply body or the like.
