圧逃し孔が形成されているとともに、下端開口部
の内周壁に円周に沿つて、上記シールオフ弁のフ
ランジ部と係合しうる抜け止め用の凸部が形成さ
れ、上記シールオフ弁のフランジ部のつけ根に対
応する内周壁の部分に円周に沿つて弾性突条が設
けられていることを特徴とするシールオフ弁安全
