部に外嵌されるキヤツプの構成を示すものであつ
て、同図ａは側面図、同図ｂは平面図、第３図は
上記電極の先端部にキヤツプを外嵌する場合の手
順を示す説明図、第４図は上記電極の先端部から
摩耗した上記キヤツプを取り外す場合の手順を示
す説明図である。 〔符号の説明〕、１……電極本体、２……ロー
材（熱溶融合金）、３……キヤツプ、３ｂ……舌
片、４……係止部材。

Claims (1)
- スポツト溶接に用いられる電極において、上記
電極の先端部に、熱溶融合金を介在させて花弁状
の複数の舌片を有するキヤツプを外嵌すると共に
、上記舌片の外面に弾性体からなるリング状の係
止部材を外嵌し、該舌片を上記電極の外周面に添
わせて保持するようにしたことを特徴とする電極
。
