A label is attached.Since the wet tissue is impregnated with alcohol, the adhesive label is required to have adhesive properties, alcohol resistance, and sealing properties.

Since the alcohol concentration was less than 10%, even conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive labels coated with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive could be used in terms of adhesion, alcohol resistance, and sealability.

As a result, the alcoholic liquid inside seeps out to the outside, reducing the sealing performance between the adhesive label and the wet tissue container.

The quality of natural rubber also varies depending on the tree species and production area. Therefore, natural rubber is appropriately selected from the viewpoints of its physical properties and compatibility with the tackifying resin described below.

If the amount of tackifier resin is too small, the viscosity will decrease, and if the amount of tackifier resin is too large, it will become hard, which is not preferable. Taking the above into consideration, the blending amount of the tackifier resin should be in the range of 20 to 400 parts by weight per 1 part by weight of natural rubber,
Preferably 50 to 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of natural rubber.
The range is 0 parts by weight. Petroleum-based resins, rosin-based resins, terpene-based resins, and the like are used as the tackifying resin, and the amount of the tackifying resin to be blended varies slightly depending on the type of tackifying resin.

Since creep may occur in the pressure-sensitive adhesive, in order to use it over a wide temperature range, it is preferable to carry out partial vulcanization and crosslinking within a range that does not cause loss of rubber elasticity. With acrylic adhesives, the rate of decrease in adhesive strength is 80~
90%, whereas in the adhesive of the present invention, the rate of decrease in adhesive strength remained at a low value of 20 to 30%. It can be seen that the adhesive of the present invention is effective even under severe conditions such as immersion in high concentration alcohol.

This has the advantage of providing alcohol-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets that exhibit good keying and do not swell. Therefore, when this adhesive sheet is attached as an open/close label to the outlet of a wet tissue container impregnated with a high concentration of alcohol, the wet tissue can be used for a long time due to its high alcohol resistance and good sealing performance.
