(b) Prior art Figure 1 shows a conventional vibration isolator, in which 1 is a compressor;
2 is a leg piece fixed to the bottom 2' of this compressor, 3
4 is an upper cushioning rubber that is engaged with this leg piece, and 4 is a lower cushioning rubber placed on a base 5. A spring 6 is interposed between the upper cushioning rubber 3 and the lower cushioning rubber 4 to operate the compressor. 1 is held on a base 5. On the other hand, 7 is an auxiliary metal fitting attached to the upper part of the compressor 1, and 8 is a support rod erected on this auxiliary metal fitting. 9 is a mounting member located above the compressor 1, and 10 is an annular vibration-proof rubber fixed to this mounting member into which the support rod 8 is inserted, and has thick protrusions 11 on the top and bottom as shown in FIG. The cross section is hollow, and the inner diameter dimension l1 between these protrusions is the outer diameter dimension of the support rod 8.
l is larger than 2 . That is, a certain gap a is maintained between the vibration isolating rubber 10 and the support rod 8,
The support rod 8 is prevented from coming into contact with the vibration isolating rubber 10 due to minute vibrations during operation of the compressor 1. The support rod 8 comes into contact with the anti-vibration rubber 10 only when the compressor 1 undergoes extreme vibrations such as when the compressor 1 is started or stopped or transported, and this vibration is forcibly suppressed.

However, due to the weight of refrigerant piping (not shown) connected to the compressor 1 or refrigeration equipment (not shown) such as an accumulator placed in contact with the compressor 1, the compressor 1 is moved to the base 5. It was inevitable that there would be some inclination. On the other hand, since the gap a between the support rod 8 and the vibration isolating rubber 10 is small, the actual situation is that the support rod 8 is in contact with the vibration isolating rubber 10 when the compressor 1 is tilted.

There is a drawback that vibrations during operation of the compressor 1 are transmitted to the mounting member 9 via the vibration isolating rubber 10, reducing the vibration damping effect.

Moreover, since the support rod 8 was in contact with the vibration-proof rubber 10, a large gap was created between the support rod 8 and the vibration-proof rubber 10 on the anti-contact side. Therefore, when the compressor 1 is started or stopped, the support rod 8 moves within this large gap, and an excessive force generated by the support rod 8 due to this movement is applied to the vibration isolating rubber 10. Therefore, this excessive force is applied to the mounting member 9 via the vibration isolating rubber 10, resulting in the generation of impact noise.

(d) Structure The compressor is equipped with a support rod that protrudes from the upper part of the compressor, and an annular vibration isolator that is fixed to a mounting member and into which the support rod is inserted. Protrusions are provided, and the dimensions between the upper and lower protrusions are made larger than the outer diameter of the support rod,
A protrusion is formed on the inner wall between the upper protrusion and the lower protrusion to connect to the outer peripheral surface of the support rod, and is attached to the outer wall of the vibration isolating rubber at a position approximately at the same height as this protrusion. A groove into which the member is fitted is provided.

(e) Embodiment FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a main part showing an embodiment of the present invention, in which the annular vibration isolating rubber 12 into which the support rod 8 is inserted has a thickness at the top and bottom as in the conventional example shown in FIG. It has a hollow cross section with fleshy protrusions 13, and the inner diameter l1 between the protrusions is larger than the outer diameter l2 of the support rod 8. 15 is a hollow portion provided between the upper and lower protrusions 13; 14 is a membrane-shaped projecting portion extending inward from the inner wall of the hollow portion 15; the central hole 16 is inserted into the support rod 8; It is designed to be joined by hand. The peripheral edge 17 of the center hole 16 is made thick so that the support rod 8 can be inserted and held securely into the center hole 16 of the vibration isolating rubber 12. Therefore, even if the support rod 8 is tilted to some extent, by inserting the support rod 8 into the center hole 16, the support rod 8 can be positioned approximately at the center of the vibration isolating rubber 12, and the compressor 1 can be placed approximately perpendicular to the base 5. It is corrected so that it can be attached to.

Therefore, when the support rod 8 moves and the overhang 14 is pressed due to extreme vibrations when the compressor 1 starts and stops, the mounting member disposed at the same height as the overhang 14 This extreme vibration is received by the mounting hole 19 of 9. At this time, the deformed overhang 14 is located in the hollow part 15, and the support rod 8 is connected to the upper and lower protrusions 1 of the vibration isolating rubber 2.
I try to soften the force when it hits 3.
Furthermore, slight vibrations generated during the operation of the compressor 1 are absorbed by the projecting portion 14. Components that are the same as those in FIG. 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals and their explanations are omitted, and the support section disposed below the compressor 1 is the same as the conventional one, so illustration thereof is omitted.

In the above embodiment, the projecting portion 14 is formed into a membrane, but in other embodiments, radial projections may be provided on the inner wall of the hollow portion 15 so as to surround the support rod 8. Further, the support rod 8 may be directly installed on the upper surface of the compressor 1 without using the auxiliary metal fitting 7.

(F) Effect The protrusion that is inserted into and held by the support rod at the top of the compressor is on the inside of the vibration isolating rubber, and the groove that fits with the mounting member is on the outside of the vibration isolating rubber. Since they are provided at the same height, even if the support rod presses the overhang due to extreme vibrations of the compressor, this force can be reliably received by the mounting member. Moreover,
Since this projecting portion is provided in the hollow portion of the vibration isolating rubber, the deformed projecting portion is accommodated in this hollow portion. This can reduce the force with which the support rod hits the protrusion. In this way, vibrations of the compressor can be reliably absorbed.
