量を演算する手段と、該捕集量が限界捕集量を越
えた時に捕集されたパーテイキユレートを燃焼除
去する再生手段を作動する制御手段と、を備えた
エンジンのパーテイキユレート処理装置において
前記パーテイキユレート量の演算前にパーテイキ
ユレート捕集量の記憶が失われたと判定した時、
前記限界捕集量より小なる値を捕集量としてセツ
トする手段を設けたことを特徴とするエンジンの
