ステアリングブラケツトを介してドライブシヤフ
トハウジングに固定され、上記スイベルブラケツ
トとパイロツトシヤフト間に配置された調整部材
によつてステアリング操作力が調整される船外機
のステアリング操作力調整装置において、上記ス
テアリングブラケツトには上記パイロツトシヤフ
トと同軸に調整プレートが固定され、この調整プ
レートの側周にテーパが形成されるとともに、上
記スイベルブラケツトには、前記船体側から上記
調整プレート側へ向つて進退可能な調整ロツドが
設置され、この調整ロツドの先端に上記調整プレ
ートのテーパに係合可能な調整ピンが取り付けら
れたことを特徴とする船外機のステアリング操作
