    部外へ送り出す出口ローラと、反転部内に設けら
    れ、可逆転可能な反転ローラと、入口ローラに挟
    持された用紙を反転ローラに導く第１の位置と反
    転ローラに挟持された用紙を出口ローラに導く第
    ２の位置との間で揺動可能な変向部材とを有する
    用紙反転装置において、 前記反転ローラによる用紙搬送速度が前記出口
    ローラによる用紙搬送速度よりも遅くしたことを
    特徴とする前記用紙反転装置。
