るブラケツトと、ブラケツトに固定され且つ導入
通路、導出通路及びバイパス通路のそれぞれに連
通する入力ポート、出力ポート及びバイパスポー
トを有するオイルクーラと、ブラケツトのバイパ
ス通路に設けられたリリーフ弁とを有し、リリー
フ弁が潤滑油の低温時に開弁状態にあつてバイパ
ス通路を開放し、且つ、高温時に閉弁状態になつ
てバイパス通路を遮断する温度感応型の弁体を備
