Abstract

PURPOSE:To have a car body structure light in weight and with high rigidity by forming a closed section member coupling a horizontal block with a vertical block from a plurality of shape materials, and using a high rigidity material and an easy-to-shape material selectively to each shape material. CONSTITUTION:A car body structure consists of a roof block 3 and a frame block 1 as horizontal member, side blocks 2 as vertical member, and a closed section member 4 for coupling of them. Therein each side joining member 11 of this closed section member 4 is formed in a hollow member having a rectangular profile. A shoulder member 12 of the closed section member 4 is formed in a hollow member having a rib 14 in the center. A roof joining member 13 of the closed section member 4 is formed in a hollow member having rectangular profile. High rigidity material is used to the side joining members 11 and roof joining member 13, which are in simple structure, while an easy-to-shape material is used to the shoulder member 12, which is in complicated construction.

In general, the body of a heavy railway vehicle is composed of a side block forming a side structure, that is, a side block of the vehicle body, a end block connecting horizontal blocks such as a cliff base structure and an underframe, and forming an end surface in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. Then, on the end face of each block, longitudinal members such as eave girders, long foundations, side beams, etc. are installed that run in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and by connecting the longitudinal members, each block is connected. are doing.

In the above-mentioned conventional technology, in recent years, light alloy materials such as aluminum have been used to make the entire vehicle body more stationary. However, in order to improve ride comfort, it is necessary to ensure a certain degree of rigidity. Therefore, by arranging a large-sized material made of highly elastic material in the eave girder part, it was possible to reduce the number of needles and
One possibility is to manufacture a highly rigid vehicle body. However,
With the current molding technology, it is difficult to integrally mold large-sized molds from highly elastic materials. In particular, if the shape of the eave girder to be formed is bent at its central portion, the shape of the bent portion will be complicated, and it is expected that manufacturing will become even more difficult.

The purpose of the above is to connect the horizontal block consisting of the roof block forming the roof part of the car body and the underframe block forming the underframe part of the car body, the vertical blocks forming both sides of the car body, and the car body between the nσ horizontal block and the vertical block. In a vehicle body structure comprising a closed cross-section member disposed in the longitudinal direction and connecting the horizontal block and the vertical block, the closed cross-section member is comprised of a plurality of profile members, and the plurality of profile members are This is achieved by using a mold material made of a rigid material and a mold material made of a material with good formability.

Further, in the case of a bent extruded material, the shape of the hollow portion of the bent portion becomes quite complicated. Therefore, when manufacturing an extruded material that is a closed cross-section member, the parts with a complicated cross-sectional shape are made of a material with good formability, and the parts with a relatively simple cross-sectional shape are made with a material that is rigid. The closed cross-section member is constructed by joining these shapes together. Therefore, the closed cross-section member can be easily manufactured, and since the closed cross-section member is made of a highly rigid material, the entire structure can be made stationary and highly rigid. This makes the entire vehicle body open and provides high rigidity.

The M marking frame block 1 and the roof block 3 correspond to the horizontal block, and the side block 2 corresponds to the vertical block. Reference numeral 4 denotes a closed cross-section member disposed between the side block 2 and the roof block 3, and its cross-sectional shape is an oval shape. Reference numeral 11 denotes a side joint part of the closed cross-section member that is joined to the side block 2, and is a hollow member having a simple rectangular cross section. The above-mentioned closed cross-section member 4
This is a shoulder member constituting the bending portion of the shoulder member, and a rib 14 is formed in the center of the shoulder member to maintain the shape and improve strength. Reference numeral 13 denotes a roof joining member which is a part of the closed cross section member 4 that is joined to the roof block 3, and is a hollow member having a simple rectangular cross section. By the way, as mentioned above, the shoulder part is formed with ribs 14 and has a complicated shape.
003 etc.). On the other hand, the H-deployment joint member U and the roof joint member 13 have a linear and substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape, and have a simple shape, so even if they are made of a highly elastic material, they can be extruded. Therefore, the individual joining member 11 and the roof joining member 13 are extruded from a light alloy material with a high wear rate.

By the way, as mentioned above, the side joint member 11. A method of configuring the closed cross-section member A without configuring it by joining the j1 member and the roof joining member 13 is also conceivable. That is, the side joining member 11 is joined to the upper end of the side block 2, and the roof joining member 13 is joined to the side end of the roof block 3,
A shoulder member may be placed between the side block 2 and the roof block 30, and these may be joined together.

According to such a structure, the rigidity of the vehicle body can be improved because the closed cross-section member 4 is made of a highly rigid material. Increasing the rigidity of the vehicle body also leads to reducing the weight of each component that makes up the vehicle body. Furthermore, since the closed cross-section member 4 is made of a highly rigid material, it can be made thinner! l! This is something that can be preserved. Further, the closed cross section member A includes the side joining member 11. The shoulder member N, which is produced by dividing into the scrap member n and the roof joint member 13 and has a complicated structure, is made of a material with good moldability, and the individual joint member 11 and the roof joint member 13, which have a simple structure, are made of a material with good moldability. By constructing it from a rigid material, its manufacture becomes very flexible. Furthermore, along with the improvement in manufacturability, quality can also be improved.

By the way, in the above-mentioned embodiment, an example of the joint between the roof block and the side block was explained, but the same effect can be obtained even if it is applied to the joint between the underframe block and the side block. .
