In this case, to remove the steel bars A from the rack B at the destination, wire ropes are tied several wires at a time.To make it easier to hang the wire ropes, the steel bars A are removed from the rack B as shown in Figure 1. When loading, pipes C, commonly called ``partition bars,'' are inserted in various places.

However, the insertion of the ten thousand bars is carried out by the worker standing on the steel bars A that have been piled up little by little, and the work requires poor footing, which often causes workers to fall or fall. In addition, since the work involves working under a suspended load, the operator is constantly exposed to danger, and injuries may occur due to the suspended load falling, so it is strongly recommended that the above-mentioned direct operation of inserting the partition bar be not performed manually. It is requested. This idea is based on the above facts and more recently,
There is a strong demand for quality assurance of steel bars, and since large quantities in one lot are likely to cause damage and problems in terms of quality assurance, there is a strong demand for decimalization of one lot. If the quantity inside is small, during transportation, for example, when transported by ship, the rolling of the ship may cause the round rods in particular to roll and become scratched, and the working environment may be worsened due to noise. Taking into consideration, even a single round bar will not roll,
Moreover, the purpose is to provide a unit columnar body for a steel bar storage rack in which the installation of partition bars can be done entirely mechanically without manual effort.

Fig. 2 is a conceptual diagram of an embodiment of the steel bar storage rack according to this invention. The structure of the unit columnar part in the steel bar storage rack according to this invention is explained in detail as shown in Fig. 3 or 4. As shown in FIG. A lengthwise portion of the steel bar A is inserted horizontally from above into the space m, and shafts 2 are horizontally arranged in several stages between the pair of frame plates 1 and 1'. Installed at the same height h o on both sides,
The shafts 2 are each provided with a balance load 3 at one end,
Partitioning arm a having a steel bar detent 4 at the other end
and the steel bar support arm b are rotatably fitted, and one end of the coil spring 5 fitted to the shaft 2 between the partition arm a and the steel bar support arm b is connected to the partition arm a. The other end is attached to the boss part a'' of the steel bar supporting arm b.
are fixed to the boss portions b'' of the partition arms a
is an arm body return spring 6 which is fitted onto the shaft 2 and has one end fixed to the shaft 2 and the other end fixed to the partitioning arm a; when inactive, it is rotated toward the frame 1 and the frame Board 1,
1', the free ends b', b' of the steel bar support arms b, b are moved via the coil spring 5 to maintain the distance m.
It consists of the above-mentioned pair of frame columns positioned so as to come into contact with the steel bar A descending inside.

As shown in Fig. 3, the free end of the partitioning arm a has a tip a' that is thinner than the width of the arm a, and the tip a' is the tip of the pair of arms a, a. The installation position is shifted to the opposite side in the third direction, and as shown in Fig. 3, the steel bar support arms b,
As clearly shown in the figure, the position relative to the boss b'' fitted to the shaft 2 is shifted back and forth, and when the support arms b and b rotate and become horizontal, they overlap each other. Also, when the free ends b', b' of the steel bar support arms b, b are pivoted to the shafts 2, 2 of the first stage, the support arms b, b are pivoted to the shafts 2, 2 of the first stage. If there is a steel bar A, the length must be long enough to prevent the steel bar A from coming out from the gap S with the surface of the base plate, and the support arms b, b are pivotally connected to the shafts 2, 2 of the second stage and above. In this case, the length must be long enough to prevent the steel bar A from coming out from the gap S' between the surface a1 of the first stage partitioning arm a that has been rotated to the horizontal position. It also serves to prevent arm body a from rotating below horizontal.

A plurality of these unit columnar parts are installed in parallel, as shown by A and B in Fig. 4, depending on the number of stored steel bars.

Since this embodiment has the configuration as described above,
When a steel bar, for example, round bar A', is inserted horizontally from above the distance m between one pair of frame columns, as shown on the side B of Fig. 4, the round bar A' will be inserted into the free ends of the steel bar support arms b, b', b', rotate the support arms b, b downward and descend, then contact the free ends b', b' of the lower support arm, and then the support arms b, b also move downward. It rotates and descends onto the steel bar detents 4, 4 on the surface of the platform. This lowering is carried out silently because it is carried out against the elasticity of the arm body return spring 6 and the coil spring 5. In this case, since the gap S'' between the free end b' of the support arm b and the surface ' is smaller than the diameter of the round bar A', the round bar A is
It is held in place and does not move the slightest bit.

In this case, when the support arms b, b rotate downward, the partition arm a
is rotated against the elasticity of the arm body return spring 6, and when the balanced load 3 side of the partition arm body a comes into contact with the stopper 7, the rotation is stopped and held horizontally. Alternatively, the state is as shown in the first stage on the O side, and the rods inserted in the first stage are held without swaying, whether it is one or multiple rods, and in this case, the partition arm a and a serve as the partition sticks mentioned above.

The effects of the second stage and above are also the same as the first stage, as shown in Figure 5.
It is the same as dan. In the example shown in this figure, the tips of the partitioning arms a, a are not overlapped, but the spacing is sufficient to support the steel bar so that it does not fall. are arranged so that they can support the steel bar at the center of the distance m. If a steel bar movement stopper 4 is provided protruding from the surface of the base plate or the partition arms a, a, it is possible to more effectively prevent the steel bar from rolling.

Since this device has the structural action described above, even if the number of bars in one lot ranges from just one to several, it can be held without causing the steel bars to sway, and partition bars can be inserted here and there. This steel bar storage rack has the same effect as the above, but can be stored automatically by mechanical power without manual effort, and the steel bar support arm b in contact with the steel bar rotates against elasticity during storage, so it does not get scratched. A unit columnar portion can be provided.
