の調整装置の断面図である。 図において、１は単位鏡面パネル、２は反射鏡

- 三軸方向の位置調整可能なねじ棒型間隔調整支
持装置と、上記ねじ棒型間隔調整支持装置の一部
に低摩擦係数の座金を用いた低摩擦型間隔調整支
持装置とを組合せて単位鏡面パネルを支持するこ
とを特徴とする鏡面支持装置。
