置において、 (a) 高圧ガス供給源に対して連通されており、
高圧ガスをダイアフラム25の一面に対して供給
するための高圧ガス案内通路21と、 (b) 低圧ガス供給源に対して連通されており、
低圧ガスをダイアフラム25の他面に供給するた
めの低圧ガス供給通路29,32と、 (c) 高圧ガス案内通路21の開口部に形成され
た弁座部24から離間する方向に向け、ダイアフ
ラム25の一面を押圧するスプリング23と、 (d) 高圧ガス案内通路21の開口部に形成され
た弁座部24に対し接近する方向に向け、ダイア
フラム25の他面を押圧する他のスプリング37
