放電用ワイヤと、 前記１対の絶縁ブロツクのうちの一方の絶縁ブ
ロツクの側壁外方に設けられ、この絶縁ブロツク
が前記シールド枠体とともに前記シールドケース
内を摺動する際に、前記シールドケース内面に摺
