【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空調用送風通路に配置されて複数の抵抗素
子を有し、送風機駆動用モータの回転速度を段階
的に調節するために前記モータと接続される抵抗
素子を切り換えるようにした送風機制御用抵抗器
であつて、 前記複数の抵抗素子は厚膜抵抗素子としてアル
ミナ基板の一主面上に形成され、そのアルミナ基
板が金属板ヒートシンクに貼着されており、 前記金属板ヒートシンクは、アルミナ基板上
に形成された抵抗回路に沿つて複数の切り起こし
フインが形成されていること、アルミナ基板が
貼着された部分より張り出した部分が断面略U字
形若しくはJ字形に折り返されていることの一方
若しくは両方を備えていることを特徴とする自動
車用空調機の送風機制御用抵抗器。 (2) 空調用送風通路に配置されて複数の抵抗素
子を有し、送風機駆動用モータの回転速度を段階
的に調節するために前記モータと接続される抵抗
素子を切り換えるようにした送風機制御用抵抗器
であつて、 前記複数の抵抗素子は、エツチング若しくは打
ち抜き加工により引出端子部を含んで互いに一体
的に連結された抵抗箔からなり、この抵抗箔を両
面より絶縁層を介して金属板ヒートシンクで挾ん
でなることを特徴とする自動車用空調機の送風機
制御用抵抗器。 (3) 金属板ヒートシンクは、その表面に絶縁層
がコーテイングされていることを特徴とする請求
項(2)記載の自動車用空調機の送風機制御用抵抗
器。 (4) アルミナ基板上に形成された抵抗回路若し
くは抵抗箔からなる抵抗回路の少なくとも1箇所
に断路を形成し、この部分に電流ヒユーズを配置
したことを特徴とする請求項(1),(2)又は(3)記
載の自動車用空調機の送風機制御用抵抗器。
