- 平板状のベースプレートと、このベースプレー
トに垂直に貫通形成された多数のシリンダ孔と、
これら各シリンダ孔に連通して前記ベースプレー
トに形成されたエアー供給路と、前記シリンダ孔
に嵌合装着されたピストンと、このピストンと一
体のピストンロツドを貫通させて前記シリンダ孔
の上下を塞ぐ上下のキヤツプと、前記ピストンロ
ツドに貫通形成されたエアー吸引孔と、前記ベー
スプレート上に前記エアー吸引孔と連通した負圧
室を形成する上部プレートとを備えたマルチヘツ
ド加圧装置。
