<Prior Art> Clothes dryers have a foldable structure for convenience when not in use, since the drying chamber is bulky. FIG. 12 is a perspective view of a conventional folding clothes dryer. Column frames 52 that are vertically connected with joint nuts 52a are planted at the four corners of a base housing 51 with an open top, and a support frame 53 is stretched between the upper ends of the column frames 52 to form a framework. . A cover 54 is placed over this frame from above to form a drying chamber 55 in which clothes are suspended. Further, a warm air generator 56 is attached to the base housing 51 so as to be retractable into the housing 51, and an operation panel 57 thereof protrudes from the base housing 51 to enable a timer set operation. The clothes dryer can be folded in this way by pushing the hot air generator 56 into the base housing 51, removing the cover 54 from the frame, disassembling the frame, and then storing them inside the base housing 51. After being folded, it is stored in a storage area such as a closet or shed for storage.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, conventional clothes dryers are troublesome to fold and assemble, and require a large space when stored. That is,
It is necessary to lean the column frames 52 one by one on the base housing 51 or take them out, and also to attach the joint nuts 52.
It is necessary to connect or separate the column frames 52 through the a, which makes assembly and folding operations complicated. Due to the structure in which the drying chamber is formed above the base housing 51, the base housing 51 has a horizontally elongated shape, and since it is a so-called floor-standing type, it requires a large floor space when stored.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the folded state, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the unfolded state. The outer shape of the clothes dryer is defined by a housing 1 with rotary legs 2 attached to the lower ends of both sides, a door body 3 attached to the front of the housing 1, and a frame 4 housed within the housing 1. is formed. The lower end of the door body 3 is pivoted to the casing 1 near the bottom of the opening 7a of the storage section 7, so that the opening 7a can be opened and closed. The entire housing 1 is formed into a vertically elongated shape, and an operation panel 6 containing a built-in hot air generator 5 is attached to the upper part of the housing 1. Below the operation panel 6, there is a storage section 7 with the door body 3 side open. is formed. The hot air generator 5 has a Shirotsuko fan 8 which is rotationally driven by a motor, and the air supplied by the rotation of the Shirotsuko fan 8 to a predetermined temperature (for example, 60°C).
℃), and a plurality of ventilation holes 10 are formed in the operation panel 6 below the heater 9. Further, a ventilation hole 13 for circulating warm air between a drying chamber 12 and the casing 1, which will be described later, is formed on the front surface of the operation panel 6 that houses the warm air generator 5. The storage section 7 is formed below such a drive section, and is communicated with the operation panel 6 through the air blow hole 10, thereby serving as a hot air passageway for guiding hot air to the drying chamber 12. ,
As will be described later, it serves as a storage chamber for storing the bone frame 4. In the figure, 13a is a timer switch attached to each side of the operation panel 6, and is used when setting a timer. Moreover, the rotating leg 2
As shown in FIG. 6, it consists of a pair of leg pieces 14 that are bent into a dogleg shape when viewed from above and are formed with gear parts 15 that mesh with each other. This rotating leg 2
As shown in Figure c, a gear part 15 is rotatably supported on a bottom plate 16 screwed to the bottom frame 1a of the housing 1, and when one leg piece 14 is rotated, the gear part 15 is rotated. A rotational force is transmitted from the leg piece 15 to the other leg piece, so that the legs move toward or away from each other. The rotary legs 2 assist in the stability of the casing 1 formed into a vertically elongated shape, and when in use, each leg piece 14 is pulled out to the outside of the casing 1 as shown in FIG.
When not in use, the leg pieces 14 are placed inside the housing 1 as shown in Figure b.
is drawn in. Therefore, even if the casing 1 is made into a considerably vertically elongated shape, stability is maintained and it will not fall over. Therefore, the folded state of the clothes dryer becomes vertically long, and the storage space becomes small.

The door body 3 is attached to the front surface of the casing 1 so as to be openable and closable, and opens the opening 7a of the storage section 7 of the casing 1.
It opens and closes the The lower end of the door body 3 is pivotally supported by the housing 1, and the opening operation of the door body 3 is performed by pulling the handle 17 toward you. As shown in FIG. 4, the handle 17 is bent into a "U" shape and attached to the front surface of the door body 3. This handle 17
The bent end portion is rotatably attached to the door body 3 by a pin 18, and is housed in a recess formed in the front surface of the door body 3. Therefore, the opening operation of the door body 3 is performed by first grasping the handle 17 and pulling it out from the recess, but the handle 17, which releases the grip on the handle 17, is rotated by its own weight and stored in the recess. It will be done. This prevents the handle 17 from accidentally protruding from the door body 3, thereby further reducing the space required for storing the clothes dryer. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, when the door body 3 is in the open state, the handle 17 is pulled out from the recess and is in contact with the floor surface, and also serves as a support leg for the door body 3. Furthermore, a lock mechanism is attached to the door body 3 to prevent the door body 3 from being opened inadvertently. As shown in FIG.
It consists of a slider 20 that protrudes and retracts the door body 3, and when the door body 3 is opened, the lock piece 1 is moved as shown in FIG.
9 is drawn into the door body 3, but the slider 2
When the door 0 is slid, the lock piece 19 protrudes and engages with the lock hole or lock groove (not shown) of the housing 1 formed to correspond to the lock piece 19, as shown in FIG. It acts to lock the state.

The bone frame 4 is a support frame 2 framed in a quadrilateral shape.
1 and a similarly framed top frame 22. The lower part of the support frame 21 is rotatably attached to the back surface of the door body 3 by a retainer 23, and a hinge piece 24 is provided in the middle part of the support frame 21 so that it can be bent around the hinge piece 24. ing. The top frame 22 has a retainer 25 on the front side.
It is rotatably connected to the support frame 21 by the support frame 21, and the rear side (casing 1 side) is bent downward and inserted into the engagement hole 26 formed in the upper end surface of the operation panel 6. It's becoming like that. The bone frame 4 thus formed is folded in a bent state as shown by the chain line in FIG. 1 when the top frame 22 is removed from the operation panel 6 and the support frame 21 is bent around the hinge piece 24.
It is possible to store it in the storage section 7 of the housing 1. Also, when the door body 3 is opened by pulling the handle 17 as shown in Fig. 7a, the support frame 2 is opened as shown in Fig. 7b.
1 is pulled out integrally with the door body 3. Therefore, the frame can be easily assembled by simply stretching the support frame 21 and hooking the top frame 22 into the engagement hole 26 of the operation panel 6. Then, by covering the assembled frame 4 and door body 3 with a cover 27, a drying chamber 12 is formed and a clothes dryer can be used (FIG. 7c). Therefore, in this embodiment, the frame 4 stored in a bent state is attached to the door body 3.
The drying chamber 12 can be pulled out at the same time as the frame 4 is opened, and then the frame of the drying chamber 12 can be formed by stretching the frame 4, which simplifies the assembly of the clothes dryer and improves operability. In FIG. 1, 28 is a limit switch, which turns off the electricity when the door body 3 is closed and maintains the stopped state.
