Abstract

PURPOSE:To inhibit the upper part of amain body case to a low temperature, prevent a scald, and receive boiled soup spilled from a heated matter with a drain pan even when the upper heating surface of a heating unit is heated by passing air outside a main body into an air passage formed between the heating unit and the drain pan which surrounds the outer periphery of aid heating unit during its application. CONSTITUTION:When it is necessary to use this equipment as a hot air heater, an attempt must be made to place a movable cylinder to a position depicted in a chain line and close the bottom of a fixed cylinder 27 with its flange 28a. Under this state a lower part combustion heat flow passage 31a is blocked, which prevents combustion heat from a combustion chamber 8 from flowing to a heating unit 17. A top heating surface 13 formed on a heating material 20 of the heating unit 17 is immune to heat or high temperature and eliminates a danger of burn. When this equipment is used for both hot air heating and heating or insulation of a heated matter, a heated matter 16 is placed on the heating surface 13. Then, the movable cylinder 28 moves from the position depicted in a chain line to a position depicted in a solid line, thereby producing communication between the movable cylinder 28 and the fixed cylinder 27 and driving a ventilation a fan 9. As a result, combustion heat is fed to the heating unit 17. It is, therefore, possible to receive boiled soup spilled from a heated matter with a drain pan 18.

[Means for Solving the Problems 1] In the oil hot air heater according to the present invention, the upper end heating surface of the heating unit removably provided in the upper part of the main body case is exposed to the inner peripheral side of the hole provided in the upper surface of the main body case. A drain plate that surrounds the outer periphery of the heating unit is fixed inside the main body case, and an air flow path is formed between the drain plate and the heating unit through which air from outside the main body case is flowed by the blower fan. A flow path through which combustion heat flows from the combustion chamber is separably formed into a heating unit side and a combustion chamber side within the unit.

[Function] During use, the oil hot air heater according to the present invention is configured to use a blower fan to flow indoor air from outside the main body case through the air flow path formed between the outer periphery of the heating unit and the drain tray. Therefore, even if the upper heating surface of the heating unit is heated, the temperature of the upper part of the main body case can be kept low enough to prevent burns. In addition, even if liquid boils over from an object to be heated such as a pan placed on the upper heating surface of the heating unit, it can be caught in the drain pan.Furthermore, by removing the heating unit when not in use, the drain tray can be used to remove dirt and other items from the fish. Spilled liquid can be easily cleaned up.

Leave the bottom end of 7 closed. In this state, the lower combustion heat flow passage 31a is blocked, so that combustion heat does not flow from the combustion chamber 8 to the heating unit 17. Therefore, the upper end heating surface 13 formed on the heat transfer member 20 of the heating unit 17
does not get hot, and there is no risk of burns if your hands or the like touch this heating surface 13. Note that the operations in this case other than those described above are substantially the same as those shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.

Next, in order to use both hot air heating and heating or keeping the heated object warm, if the heated object 16 such as a pan or kettle is placed on the upper heating surface 13 of the heating unit 17, an electrical connection (not shown) is applied. The drive unit 30 is driven by the detection mechanism, and the movable cylinder 28 moves from the position shown by the chain line in FIG. 2 to the position shown by the solid line. Therefore, the movable cylinder 28 and the fixed cylinder 27 are communicated with each other, and combustion heat is sent to the heating unit 17 by operating the blower fan 9. That is, a part of the high-temperature combustion gas coming out of the combustion tube 7 passes through the combustion chamber '8, the inner lower combustion heat flow passage 31a and the upper combustion heat flow passage 24, and heats the heat transfer member 20 of the heating unit 17. , heat exchanges with the object to be heated 16 placed on the upper end heating surface 13 of this member 20. Through this heat exchange, the heated object 16 is heated or kept warm, and the temperature of the combustion gas is slightly lowered, and then it passes through the upper combustion heat flow passage 24 and the outer lower combustion heat flow passage 31b, and is discharged into the room from the upper part of the hot air discharge port 10. be done. The remaining part of the combustion gas discharged from the combustion tube 7 is mixed with the indoor air from the blower fan 9 as in normal operation, and is turned into appropriately heated air and discharged into the room from the hot air outlet 10.

An intake port 32a facing the outer peripheral portion of the blower fan 9
Indoor air is taken into the air flow path 32 from the outside, passes between the outer periphery of the heating unit 17 and the drain pan 18 , a portion is discharged into the room from the hole 15 on the top surface of the main body case 11 , and the rest enters the hot air outlet 10 . During this time, heat is exchanged with the heating unit 17, drain pan 18, and main body case 11, so that the main body case 11 is prevented from becoming hot due to heating of the heating unit 17 and the combustion heat flow path.

Prevents debris from entering the inside of the device. If the drain pan 18 becomes dirty, as shown in FIG. The fitting part with the hole 26c provided in the wall 26b can be separated, so when the operation is stopped and the heating unit 17 is not hot, remove it upward and insert the drain tray 18 into the hole on the top of the main body case II. It can be easily cleaned from 15.

In addition, in this invention, the movable cylinder may be moved manually from outside the main body case, and the lower combustion heat flow passage on the inside is always kept open, and the upper combustion heat flow passage and the lower combustion heat flow passage on the outside are kept open. The heating unit may also be heated by passing combustion heat through it. In this case, air outside the main body case, such as indoor air, can be passed through the air flow passage and flowed between the drain pan and the heating unit to heat the heating unit. The temperature of the unit and the upper part of the main body case can be suppressed to a temperature that does not cause burns.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, during use, the air outside the main body case is pumped by the blower fan into the air flow path formed between the heating unit and the drain tray surrounding the outer periphery of the heating unit. Even if the upper heating surface of the heating unit is heated, the upper part of the main body case can be kept at a low temperature to prevent burns. Even if the liquid boils over from the heated object, it will be caught in the drain pan and will not get inside the equipment.Furthermore, by removing the heating unit from the drain pan, you can easily clean up the spilled liquid along with the garbage that has fallen into the drain pan. There is an effect.
