Claims (1)
- 周縁部のシユラウド側のケーシングに対向する
面に凸部を有し、軸方向に移動可能に設けた羽根
車と、この凸部と対向する位置に上記羽根車に比
べて軟質の電導体を絶縁材を介して突出させたケ
ーシングと、上記凸部が上記電導体に接触する両
者間に電流を流し、その電流の発生を検出する接
触感知手段とを備えたことを特徴とするターボ機
械。
