ク切換手段4を備えた給湯装置であつて、上記出
湯タンク切換手段4の前後を小流量にてバイパス
するバイパス機構3を設けてあることを特徴とす
る給湯装置。 2 上記出湯タンク切換手段4が3方切換弁であ
り、上記バイパス機構3が、1次ポートを閉止側
の2次ポートへと連通させるべく弁体5に穿孔さ
れた小径のバイパス通路6であることを特徴とす

かの貯湯タンク1と他の貯湯タンク2との間に湯
水を回流させるための回流配管7を設けると共に
、さらに所定時間毎に上記回流経路を連通させる
べく開弁作動をなす自動切換弁9と、回流作動用
のポンプ22とを設けたことを特徴とする給湯装
