りなる断面二山形状の波形区画壁9によつて上下
に分割してその区画壁9の谷部9aの外底面を前
記管壁1に一体に溶着させ、該谷部9aと中空螺
旋突条部3との対向面によつて形成された中央空
間部3c内に前記樹脂被覆銅線4よりも大径のポ
リエチレン等のオレフイン系合成樹脂よるなる補
強芯線10を連続螺旋状に内装すると共に山部9
