Plastic greenhouses are constructed by attaching sheet materials such as polyvinyl chloride sheets to a frame that serves as a skeleton, but conventionally, small holes are drilled in the frame and these holes are used to attach sheet materials. Methods of fixing objects with screws and methods of press-fitting wire rods such as piano wire into the frame body in a meandering manner to hold down sheet-like objects are used.

There are also known devices that have a structure that allows them to be attached to.

If a small hole is drilled in the frame and the sheet-like object is fixed with screws, there is a problem that the sheet-like object also has a hole for the screw insertion, and outside air enters the greenhouse through this hole. In addition, there are other disadvantages in that the sheet-like material tends to tear at the screw-fastened locations, which reduces durability and requires time and effort for screw-fastening. In addition, the method of using wire rods such as piano wire is still good for thin sheets of about 0.01 to 0.02 mm, but
In the case of a sheet-like material having a thickness of 0.03 mm or more, there is a problem in that it easily comes off from the frame when the sheet is blown by the wind.

掛かるという問題点がある。 Furthermore, the sheet-like object is attached to the frame by sandwiching the sheet-like object between the curved part of the upper frame and the inner peripheral surface of the lower frame using the upper frame, the lower frame, and the pressing body. In the case of the conventional structure, the problems associated with the above-mentioned screw fastening method can be solved, but it has the drawback that it is expensive because two types of frames have to be manufactured, an upper frame and a lower frame. The problem is that locking means such as washers, cotter pins, nuts, etc. are indispensable in order to lock in the lifted state, and the work is quite time-consuming.

In detail, the present invention includes a long frame body having a top opening narrower than the inside and recesses formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction, and a fitting side that can fit into the recess of the frame body. and a set of two mounting members each having a sloped portion on one side and a sloped portion on the end face opposite to the fitting side, and the pair of mounting members have a sloped portion inside the frame body. When the comrades are brought into contact with each other, the respective mating sides fit tightly into the recesses on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the frame body, and the sheet-like object placed between the frame body and the mounting member is held down. This is a structure for attaching a sheet-like object to a frame, which is characterized in that, by forming the sloped portion of the mounting member into a rough, uneven surface, the coefficient of friction between the sloped portions is improved, preventing displacement, and ensuring reliable A sheet-like material can be attached inside the frame body.

The upper opening 4 is narrower than the internal space, and recesses 5 are formed on both sides of the frame body 1 in the longitudinal direction. The recesses 5, 5 may be curved as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, or square as shown in FIG.
If the recesses 5, 5 are formed narrower than the internal space, recesses 5, 5 will inevitably be formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction within the frame body 1, and their shape has no particular significance for the present invention.

It has fitting sides 7, 7 on one side that can be fitted inside, and has sloped parts 8, 8 on the end surface opposite to the fitting sides 7, 7. It goes without saying that the shape of the fitting sides 7, 7 is made to match the shape of the recesses 5, 5 of the frame body 1 described above.

The uneven rough surface may have a fine sawtooth shape, a knurling shape, or a satin-like rough surface depending on the material used.

Place the mounting members 6, 6 in a set on the top opening 4 side, and as shown in FIG. The attachment members 6, 6 are slid inside the frame body 1, and the slope portions 8, 8 are brought into contact with each other. In addition, since the length in the width direction of each of the two mounting members 6, 6 is shorter than the length in the width direction of the upper surface opening 4 of the frame body 1 even at the longest point, the single body can be easily attached to the frame body. It can be inserted into the frame body 1 and can also be slid freely within the frame body 1. When the slope parts 8, 8 are brought into contact with each other in the frame body 1, the fitting sides 7, 7 of the mounting members 6, 6 are tightly fitted into the recesses 5, 5 on both longitudinal sides of the frame body 1. The sheet-like material 9 placed between the frame body 1 and the mounting members 6, 6 is tightly pressed down. In addition, if the slope parts 8, 8 are roughened with uneven surfaces, there is no fear that the mounting members 6, 6 will shift, and the sheet-like object 9
can be firmly suppressed. However, when the mounting members 6, 6 are made of a material with a large coefficient of friction such as synthetic rubber, this uneven rough surface is not necessarily required.

When attaching the attachment members 6, 6, a long plate material is placed on the sheet-like material 9, and the sheet-like material 9 is
It goes without saying that the structure may be such that it is sandwiched between the bottom part 2 of the frame body 1 and a plate material, and the mounting members 6, 6 are fitted from above the plate material.

The structure for attaching a sheet-like article to a frame according to the present invention has the above-described configuration and operation, and allows the sheet-like article to be reliably attached to the frame body with extremely simple operations. In addition, since there is no need to drill holes in the sheet-like material during installation, there is no risk of outside air entering the greenhouse, etc., and the fitting side of the mounting member fits tightly into the recess in the frame body. Therefore, the sheet-like object is firmly held down and no sagging occurs, and the problem of the sheet-like object coming off the frame even when it is blown by the wind can be solved. In addition, replacing the sheet-like material is extremely simple, as it can be easily removed by separating the sloped portions of a pair of mounting members.
