タンクとを備えた蒸気発生装置であつて、前記給
水タンクの他に、蒸気発生缶体内を洗浄する際に
用いる専用の洗浄水タンクを設け、該洗浄水タン
クへは前記バーナによつて発生した燃焼排ガスの
少なくとも一部を導き、水と接触させた後排出す
