Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the operation of a bimetallic thermostat so as to enhance the safety by thermoconductively connecting a heat transmission rod projected into a flushing hot water tank to the bimetallic thermostat attached to the upper part of the tank. CONSTITUTION:A lid part 12 on a tank body 5 of a flushing hot water tank 2 is attached thereto with a bimetallic thermostat 4 adapted to deenergize an electrical heater 7 when the temperature of water increases up to about 45 deg. C. Further, an attaching fixture 6 made of a highly thermoconductive copper material is attached at its lower surface with a copper heat transmission rod 3 which can make sufficiently contact with hot water even though the tank is inclined to about an angle of 5 deg. and which is then connected to the bimetallic thermostat 4, thermoconductively. Further, the heat transmission rod 3 is suspended in the tank body 5 so as to be dipped into the hot water, and accordingly, the temperature of the hot water can be detected always so as to surely operate the bimetallic thermostat 4. With this arrangement, it is possible to enhance the safety.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, in a private parts cleaning device equipped with a private parts cleaning nozzle 1 and a cleaning hot water tank 2 for supplying hot water to this private parts cleaning nozzle, the private parts cleaning device A is used as shown in Fig. tJIJ8. It is attached to toilet bowl B with bolts and nuts (not shown). As shown in FIG. 9, the cleaning hot water tank 2 has a safety bimetal thermostat 4 attached to the top surface of the tank body 5 via a mounting bracket 6, and the mounting bracket 6 is formed in a concave shape. 6 is arranged so as to face the inner upper surface of the tank body 5.

[Issue to be solved by the invention jI11 However, as shown in FIG. The hot water tank 2 is also tilted. When the cleaning hot water tank 2 is tilted in this way and the water level of the internal cleaning hot water drops, an air layer E with low thermal conductivity is interposed between the mounting bracket 14c6 of the bimetallic thermostat 4 and the hot water surface. As a result, it is difficult to conduct heat to the bimetallic thermostat 4 via the mounting bracket 6, and when the hot water temperature rises above a certain level, the bimetallic thermostat 4 operates to cut off the power to the electric heater 7, and The safety function that prevents the temperature from rising above this level does not work properly, and the bimetal thermostat 4 is activated only after the temperature of the hot water for cleaning rises considerably, and the nozzle 1 for private cleaning uses a considerably high temperature for cleaning. There was a problem with hot water gushing out. By the way, when installing the toilet bowl B at a level so that it does not tilt, when considering the above-mentioned problem with the private cleaning device A, the leveling is done with great care, but if this is not the case, the toilet bowl At present, it is difficult to determine exact levels.

[Function] In this way, heat can be conducted between the heat transfer rod 3 with good thermal conductivity inserted into the inside of the hot water tank 2 for washing and the bimetal thermostat 4 for safety attached to the top of the hot water tank 2 for washing. By connecting, even if the hot water tank 2 for cleaning of the private parts cleaning device is tilted, the heat transfer rod 3 can be connected to the tank body 5.
The bimetallic thermostat 4 prevents a gap from forming between the heat transfer rod 3 that hangs down to the inside of the tank body 5 and is immersed in the hot cleaning water in the tank body 5 to detect the temperature of the hot cleaning water and the surface of the hot cleaning water. As soon as the temperature of the hot cleaning water reaches a predetermined temperature, it is activated to cut off the power to the electric heater 7, for example, to ensure safety.

Figure ttIJ3 shows a hot water tank 2 for washing, and a water supply pipe 9 in the shape of a trumpet with a large tip side passage diameter is attached to the tank body 5, and water is supplied from the water supply pipe 9 so that the flow rate gradually becomes slower. Hello, electric heater like sheathed heater 7
The hot water whose temperature has been raised in the water supply pipe 9 and the cold water supplied from the water supply pipe 9 can be supplied so as not to mix with each other. A thermistor protection tube 11 with a built-in thermistor 10 protrudes into the tank body 5.
The temperature of the water inside the hot water tank is detected, and the energization to the electric heater 7 is controlled based on the detection result, so that the hot water temperature is maintained at a substantially constant temperature (approximately 42° C.). A bimetallic thermostat 4 is attached to the lid portion 12 of the tank body 5, and when the hot water temperature rises to about 45°C, the bimetallic thermostat 4 operates to cut off the electricity to the electric heater 7, and then This is to ensure safety by preventing the temperature from rising further. Further, the tank body 5 is provided with a float switch 13 that detects a constant water level in the tank body 5 and controls the water supply to the tank body 5 based on the detection result to adjust the water level in the tank body 5. Make sure to reach the set water level. Alternatively, the float switch 13 may be used to detect a constant low water level and cut off the power to the electric heater 7.

Although the bimetal thermostat 4 is attached to one end of the tank body 5, it may also be attached to the center.
The thermistor 10 is also preferably placed in the center of the tank body 5, and a temperature fuse 15 is provided in the area where the electric heater 7 is mounted to prevent the temperature from rising above the set temperature of the electric heater 7. Upon detection, 1, the power supply to the electric heater 7 is cut off to prevent further temperature rise, and a second safety measure is taken in addition to the safety measures provided by the bimetal thermostat 4.
