B. Structure of the invention (1) Means for solving the problem According to the invention, the outer diameter of the receiver tube is set to such an extent that it can fit into the guide tube, and the outer surface of the receiver tube has the following features:
A tapered surface that becomes larger in diameter toward the rear,
A first annular groove is provided in order from the distal end side, and at least one guide groove extending in the axial direction from the distal end to at least the first annular groove is provided, and an inner surface of the guide tube section is provided with a first annular groove. A second annular groove corresponding to the groove is provided, and the first and second annular grooves have a groove that expands from the first annular groove toward the second annular groove in response to insertion of a tool having a rod-shaped portion into the guide groove. A resilient metal C-shaped clip is fitted.

(2) Function When the receiving tube is fixed to the guide tube, the C-shaped clip is attached to the tip of the receiving tube, and when the receiving tube is inserted into the guide tube in this state, the C-shaped clip is attached to the guide tube. It is brought into pressure contact with the tapered surface due to friction with the inner surface of the cylindrical portion, expands in diameter as the tapered surface enters the guide cylindrical portion, and finally fits into the first and second annular grooves. This prevents the receiving tube from escaping from the guide tube section even with a relatively weak normal external force. Moreover, C
The diameter of the letter-shaped clip expands as the rod-shaped tool is inserted into the guide groove, and in the expanded diameter state, the receiving tube can be relatively easily pulled out from the guide tube portion.

Next, to explain the operation of this embodiment, when assembling the operating wire 11, the outer wire 13
At the same time, a C-shaped clip 30 is fitted to the small diameter mounting portion 18 of the receiving tube 15.
With the receiving cylinder 15 attached, move the guide cylinder part 16
It is inserted into the insertion hole 27 of. During this insertion, the clip 30 is pressed against the tapered surface 19 by friction with the inner surface of the insertion hole 27. When the receiving tube 15 is further inserted, the clip 30 enters the fitting hole 27 while slidingly contacting the inner surface of the fitting hole 27, and when it reaches the second annular groove 29, its diameter expands and the clip 30 is fitted into the second annular groove 29. match. As a result, the clip 30 stops advancing, and as only the tapered surface 19 advances, the clip 30 expands in diameter by the tapered surface 19, and finally passes over the first large diameter portion 20 and enters the first annular groove 20. , and the operation of assembling the operating wire 11 is completed.

In this state, that is, the first and second annular grooves 2
Assume that a relatively weak normal external force is applied to the receiving tube 15 in the direction of pulling it out from the guide tube 16 while the clip 30 is fitted to the guide tubes 1 and 29. When the receiving tube 15 moves in the extraction direction in response to the action of the external force, the clip 30 comes into contact with the tapered side surface 29a of the second annular groove 29. For this reason, a force is applied to the clip 30 in the direction of diameter reduction, but
Since the inner surface of the clip 30 is in contact with the bottom surface of the first annular groove 21, the diameter of the clip 30 is prevented from decreasing, and therefore the receiving tube 15 is prevented from escaping from the guide tube portion 16.

Next, when removing the operating wire 11, the cap 10 is screwed back and removed from the cylindrical portion 6, and the connection between the inner wire 14 and the sliding throttle valve 7 is released. Thereafter, the receiving tube 15 and the cap 10 are relatively angularly displaced so that both guide grooves 36 correspond to the insertion holes 35, and both rod-shaped parts 38 of the removal tool 37 are inserted into the insertion holes 35.
5 into the guide groove 36. Next, when the removal tool 37 is pressed and the rod-shaped portion 38 is pushed in as shown by the chain line in FIG. 6, the C-shaped clip 30 is removed.
The diameter is expanded toward the second annular groove 29 side. Therefore, when the receiver tube 15 is pulled, the engagement between the C-shaped clip 30 and the first annular groove 21 is released, so the operating wire 11 and the receiver tube 15 can be relatively easily removed from the cap 10. I can do it.

FIG. 7 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which a groove 39 is formed on the inner surface of the guide tube portion 16 over the entire length in the axial direction and is connected to an insertion hole 35 formed in the receiving collar 28. The insertion hole 35 and the groove 39 are formed at the same time when the cap 10 is cast.

By providing the groove 39 in this manner, the removal tool 37' having a single rod-shaped portion 38 can be used to remove the C.
The receiving tube 15 and the operating wire 11 can be removed from the cap 10 by expanding the cylindrical clip 30 to a relatively large diameter. Moreover, only one guide groove 36 is required in the receiving tube 15.

FIG. 8 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the receiving tube 15' and the boot 33' are formed curved within a plane containing the axis of the operating wire 11.
Even if the receiving tube 15' is bent in this way, the receiving tube 15'
The operating wire 11 can be assembled by simply fitting the guide tube 5' into the guide tube 16, and the insertion hole 3
Since the operating wire 11 can be removed simply by pushing the removal tool 37 (see FIG. 6) into the guide groove 36 and the guide groove 36, the direction of the operating wire 11 can be arbitrarily selected.

Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, the outer diameter of the receiver tube is set to such an extent that it can be fitted into the guide tube, and the outer diameter of the receiver tube is marked in order from the tip side toward the rear side. A tapered surface whose diameter becomes larger as the diameter increases, and a first annular groove are provided, a second annular groove corresponding to the first annular groove is provided on the inner surface of the guide tube, and a second annular groove corresponding to the first annular groove is provided on the inner surface of the guide tube portion.
A metal C-shaped clip is fitted into the first and second annular grooves, so that by simply fitting the receiver tube with the clip attached to the tip into the guide tube, the C-shaped clips can be inserted into the first and second annular grooves. When it is fitted into the two annular grooves, the work of assembling the receiving cylinder to the guide cylinder part is completed. Therefore, the structure is simple and the parts can be easily processed.
Furthermore, assembly work can be carried out extremely easily without using any tools.

Further, the outer surface of the receiving cylinder is provided with at least one guide groove extending in the axial direction from the tip to at least the first annular groove, and the C-shaped clip is configured to allow insertion of a tool having a bar-shaped portion into the guide groove. Since the clip has elasticity that allows the diameter to expand from the first annular groove toward the second annular groove in response to , the receiver tube and the operating wire can be easily removed from the support member.
