ンジヤと、 上記低圧側ポートと上記第1のプランジヤの裏
側とを連通するように上記第1のプランジヤに穿
設された貫通孔と、 上記シリンダ内に摺動自在に嵌挿されて、上記
貫通孔を塞ぐように附勢手段によつて上記第1の
プランジヤに押し付けられた磁性体よりなる第2
