- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外部からの制御信号の入力により作動され、圧
電素子を駆動源とするアクチユエータの制御装置
において、 前記圧電素子を駆動するための高電圧を出力す
る駆動用電源回路と、 前記圧電素子を微動するための低電圧を出力す
る微動用電源回路と、 前記制御信号の入力により前記駆動用電源回路
を前記圧電素子に接続するとともに、少なくとも
前記制御信号の入力の直前には前記微動用電源回
路を前記圧電素子に断続的に接続する電源切換回
路と を備えることを特徴とするアクチユエータ制御
装置。
