スプラインと、メススプライン内に挿入され先端
近傍にメススプライン歯と軸方向に摺動可能にか
つ軸芯まわりに回転不能に噛合するオフスプライ
ン歯を有しオススプライン歯より前記先端部と反
対側に円筒面部を有するオススプラインとからな
り、前記メススプライン歯とオススプライン歯と
の間に樹脂膜を形成したすべりスプラインにおい
て、前記オススプラインをメススプラインに挿入
し、オススプラインの円筒面部でメススプライン
歯に対向する位置に、メススプライン歯の最小径
にインロー嵌合する外周面を有する第１の芯出し
インロー径部と第２の芯出しインロー径部とを間
隔をおいて形成し、前記オススプラインの先端に
、メススプラインの円筒部内に樹脂膜形成時に挿
入され樹脂膜形成後に除去される治具によつて厚
肉樹脂部を形成し、該厚肉樹脂部をオススプライ
ン歯に形成された樹脂膜と一体にオススプライン
に固着させたことを特徴とするすべりスプライン
