保有環体13を、上記ハブ3の内周側に固着し、
かつ、該センサ磁石保有環体13の中心孔14の
内径を、上記枢支軸1の外径よりも僅かに大きく
設定して、該中心孔14の内周面と該枢支軸1の
外周面との間に、微小円周間隙部15を形成した
