に配置される化粧枠と、この化粧枠の内側に位置
して上記スピーカユニツトのフランジ部の前面に
配置されるエツジ押え部材とを備え、 上記スピーカユニツトのフランジ部に上記化粧
枠の一部を重ねてねじで一体的にバツフル板に取
付け、この化粧枠の内側に上記エツジ押え部材を
挿入し、この化粧枠の内側部及びエツジ押え部材
の外側部の一方に形成した係止凹部に他方に形成
した係止凸部を弾性的に係止したことを特徴とす
