Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the wire terminal processing work by providing a force- contact type connector having a contact pin capable of conductively connecting through the coat of wires drawn up in the force-contact type connector fitting recessed part of a tube joint and removably fitted to the fitting recessed part. CONSTITUTION:The wire end part of a wire self-containing tube is drawn up and disposed in a force-contact type connector fitting recessed part 5, and then a force-contact type connector 7 is pushed in the force-contact type connector fitting recessed part 5 and fitted thereto. Thus, the wire end part is conductively connected to the contact pin 8 of the force contact type connector 7 and fixed to a tube joint 1. Thus, a partner wire can be connected to the wire of the wire self containing tube only by inserting into the terminal hole 9 of the connector 7 connected to the contact pin 6. Hence, the trouble of connecting wires one by one and the troubles such as insulating treatment and fixing after the connecting are entirely made unnecessary.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention is particularly useful when connecting a tube with a built-in electric wire between an inner tube and an outer tube to a tube joint, in which the electric wire is also connected to the tube joint at the same time. This invention relates to a fitting for tubes with built-in electric wires that can be aligned and connected.

[Prior Art] For example, fluid pressure cylinders are often used in robot drive devices, and there is also a control device around the drive device to control the robot's operation, and therefore, there is a control device around the drive device to control the robot operation. Electrical wiring of the control device is also carried out.

Until now, electrical wiring has been done separately from piping, so this wiring has had to be supported and fixed at various locations. Therefore, the inventors previously developed the Mechatronic Tube (trade name), which had a two-layered structure and built-in electric wires between the inner tube and outer tube, allowing wiring to be performed at the same time as piping.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Since the above-mentioned mechatronic tube has the tube and the electric wire integrated, it is necessary to peel off the outer tube of the mechatronic tube to a required length and fit the inner tube into the tube joint. This is extremely convenient in that there is no need to perform separate electrical wiring, but when it comes to terminal processing of the wires, it is necessary to connect each wire to the other side's wires and fix them in the same way as before. First, there was a problem that this process required a lot of effort.

This invention is configured as described in item 1 above, so that after the wire ends of the wire-embedded tube are aligned and arranged in the pressure connector fitting recess, the pressure contact type connector is pushed into the pressure contact type connector fitting recess and is fitted. As a result, the end of the wire is electrically conductively connected to the contact pin of the pressure-fit type connector and fixed to the tube fitting. Therefore, just by inserting the mating wire into the terminal hole of the connector that has been electrically connected to the contacts 1 to 7, the wire is connected to the wire in the tube with built-in wire. ,
This means that the hassle of insulation treatment and fixing after wiring can all be omitted.

To fit the wire built-in tube 3 into the tube fitting 1,
Adjust the outer tube 3b of tube 3 to an appropriate length LJ
It is removed to expose the inner tube 3a and the electric wire 4. Next, the end face of the inner tube 3a is cut at right angles to the tube axis, and the end face of the inner tube 3a is fully inserted into the open tube 2 until it abuts inside, and the inner tube 3a is fitted with one touch. If this continues, it will not be possible to pull it out. inner tube 3
When removing the inner tube 3a, the inner tube 3a is released by pushing the open cylinder flange 2a in the tube insertion direction, and can be easily removed from the tube body 1a by pushing the flange 2a in and punching out the inner tube 3a. It is structured like this.

Now, after the inner tube 3a of the electric wire built-in tube 3 is fitted into the joint body 1 as described above, the electric wires 4 are aligned in the electric wire alignment grooves 5a of the fitting recesses 5 as shown in FIG. Next, when the pressure contact type connector 7 is fully pushed into the fitting recess 5, the contact pin 8 is penetrated from above the covering of the electric wire 4 and is electrically connected to the electric wire 4. At the same time, the rib 7a of the press-fit connector 7 engages with the engagement groove 5b of the fitting recess 5, whereby the connector 7 is fixed to the tube attachment portion 1a of the joint body.

Therefore, it is necessary to insert a connecting wire with a commonly used crimp-type terminal attached to the terminal hole 9 of this pressure-contact connector 7, or another connector, for example, to connect a sensor near the air cylinder of a robot. Wiring with other electrical components can be done easily and in a short time.

In addition, in this embodiment, the tube attachment part 1 of the joint body
Although only one pressure-connecting type connector fitting recess 5 provided in FIG. Furthermore, the wire alignment grooves 5a of the pressure-connecting connector fitting recess 5 can maintain the alignment of the wires, for example, by incorporating a flat cable as an electric wire in the wire built-in tube 3, or by press-welding single wires individually. It is not necessarily necessary to provide it.

In addition, in this example, an elbow type one-touch type tube joint was described as a tube joint, but the shape of the tube joint is not limited to this example, and can also be applied to a chi type, union type, or general nipple type. It goes without saying that it can be done. Furthermore, it is of course possible to use other types of tube joints other than the one-touch type tube joint.

As explained above, according to the present invention, piping and wiring can be done at the same time, and the wiring can be completed by the worker only performing simple wire terminal processing, compared to conventional construction. The effect is that workability can be significantly improved.
