位置より下方で前記熱風供給路５の接続位置より
上方に配置した状態で解砕具１１を縦軸芯周りで
駆動回動自在に内装し、前記乾燥室１の上部に乾
燥物回収用気流搬送路６を接続した乾燥装置であ
つて、上方からの循環熱風を前記解砕具１５の回
動半径方向に吹出す送風羽根１６を、前記解砕具
