Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost of a bag by oppositely forming chilled air ports on both sides of the base of a tube molded using a die, forming thick parts on both sides of a tube, and forming the bag so that the cut ports of the thick parts become telescopic ports. CONSTITUTION:Chilled air ports 4 of a chilled air blower 3 are oppositely provided at a predetermined interval at both sides of the base of a tube 2 molded from a die 1, thick parts 5, 5 are formed at both sides of the tube 2, the parts 5, 5 are longitudinally cut at 6, 6' at the center in suitable size in its longitudinal direction to be folded in two folds, both ends are sealed, and a bag is so formed that the cut ports of the thick parts become telescopic ports. Accordingly, as compared with a conventional series of laterally cutting a tube to form bags one by one, a series of tubes 2 are longitudinally cut into two. Thus, twice as many as the conventional bag can be formed. Since the thick parts reinforce the telescopic ports, it is not necessary as the conventional bag to reinforce the telescopic ports of the conventional bag to reduce the manufacturing cost of the bag.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention involves forming a thick wall portion on a tube that comes out of a die of a tube manufacturing machine, and forming the thick wall portion as an opening for loading and unloading bags. Reinforce the mouth.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional technology, reinforcing the bag inlet/outlet requires a lot of materials and labor, making the bag expensive. Therefore, in the present invention, the tube bag inlet/outlet is formed to have a thick wall. The purpose is to strengthen the bag entry/exit opening, thereby simplifying the bag manufacturing process and reducing the cost of manufacturing the bag.

(Function) The thick part configured as above is formed to be 3 to 5 times the normal thickness, so it reinforces the bag entrance and exit, so as a second step, the bag entrance is bent with two buttons. Reinforcement, no need to install boards.

(Example) Cold air C4 from the cooling air blower 3 is provided at a required interval on both sides of the base of the tube 2 produced by the die 1 to form thick portions 5.5 on both sides of the tube 2. 6. Cut vertically from the center of 6.67, and cut it into appropriate lengths in the vertical direction; fold it into two pieces, seal both ends and ends with 7, and make the cut 5t of the thick part serve as an entry/exit opening. The bag is made and completed in 8.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is constructed as described above, thick parts are formed on both sides of the tube, so when the tube is cut vertically centering around the thick parts, thick parts are created at the cut end of both tubes. A bag is created by cutting the cut end to the appropriate width to serve as the opening for the bag to be taken in and out, and then sealing the cut ends on both sides. Therefore, whereas in the past, each bag was made by cutting a series of tubes into rings, in the present invention, a series of tubes is cut vertically into two pieces to make bags, making it possible to make twice as many bags as in the past. Since the thick wall portion makes the opening for taking in and out of the bag more rigid, there is no need to reinforce the opening for taking in and out of the bag unlike in conventional bags, making it possible to manufacture bags at low cost. This is an effective invention.
