Claims (1)
- 高周波出力系統から進行波と反射波を検出整流
して、反射系数及び定在波比の少なくとも一方を
演算する電圧定在波比（ＶＳＷＲ）検出回路と、
前記電圧定在波比検出回路の出力に応じてパルス
幅を可変するパルス幅変調器とを具備することを
特徴とするパルス幅自動制御回路。
