Claims (1)
- インシユレータ基体に貫通固定されると共に、
その上方露出部分にフイラメント位置規制部を形
成した一対の給電リードと、上記基体上でフイラ
メント位置規制部より外側に固設した一対の固定
リードと、上記フイラメント位置規制部に橋架し
て上記固定リードに両端を係着したコイル状フイ
ラメントとを具備したことを特徴とする直熱型カ
ソード。
