Claims (1)
- 光源４３からの光を入射して長手方向へ伝送す
ると共に、被露光体１３に対して光を放射するた
めの放射面３２，３３を適宜な個所に備えた光フ
アイバケーブル３６，３７を複数設け、前記光源
４３及び前記各光フアイバケーブル３６，３７を
シヤーシ２６に支持すると共に前記各放射面３２
，３３を互いに異なる位置に配置し、更に、前記
各光フアイバケーブル３６，３７の光源側端部３
６ａ，３７ａを前記シヤーシ２６の同一部位側へ
引き込んで配置したことを特徴とする露光装置。
