Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent powder from scattering with a simple means in filling into a container, by providing the outer periphery of the filling port with an expandable/shrinkable annular tube, and by allowing the tube to contact the inner surface of the container opening in an expanded state to be filled with powder. CONSTITUTION:The lower-end of a cylinder 10 is provided with an annular tube 50. The tube 50 is supported by a hollow support member 51 so provided as to surround the lower end of a filling chute 2 at the lower end of the cylinder 10; further, fluid such as air is pressed into the tube 50 by a suitable rubber tube 52 and discharged. This annular tube 50 is made of an expandable/ shrinkable material such as rubber and expands at the time of powder supply to contact the opening inner wall of a bag 20, thereby effectively preventing powder supplied into the bag 20 from scattering outside.

In addition, when transporting powder raw materials or intermediate powder in factories, etc., the powder is simply put into a container from a hopper, and no measures are taken to prevent powder from scattering. It has not been done. For this reason, there is an inconvenience in that a special local exhaust device or the like must be installed within the factory.

That is, according to the present invention, the sealed state is not maintained by tightening from the outer peripheral portion of the container opening, but by the expansion of the ring from the inner surface of the container opening. Therefore, when the inflated ring comes into contact with the inner surface of the container opening, no wrinkles, creases, kinks, etc. will occur at the container opening, and the ring and the inner surface of the container opening will be in complete contact with each other, resulting in a good seal. It will be understood that a state is formed.

This air blowing is for guiding the powder falling from the filling chute 2 into the bag 20 without scattering it during powder supply, and it is sufficient to perform it only when powder supply is started. If this air blowing time is increased or the air blowing pressure is excessively increased, the reduced pressure inside the bag 20 will become almost meaningless, and the powder will be introduced into the bag 20 by the air pressure inside the bag 20. may become difficult.
