であつて、前記手首部に装着される電動機を備え
たグラインダを設け、この電動機の出力軸に薄厚
円板を装着し、この薄厚円板の表面周端付近にダ
イヤモンド焼結体で形成した複数の刃具をその先
端が薄厚円板の外周より僅かに突出するように円
周方向等間隔に蝋付けし、この刃具の回転方向面
に鋭角の切刃を形成したことを特徴とするロータ
