供給部とを有する治具であつて、前記ホイールア
ーチフランジ部のフランジ面に対向する部分に治
具本体内での耐チツプ塗料の分配のための溝部が
被塗装部分の幅と同一幅で周方向に形成され、前
記ホイールアーチフランジ部の両側部に対向する
部分に緩衝材が取り付けられてなる耐チツプ塗装
