- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ モリブテンあるいはモリブテン合金からなる
基体と、基体の片面に形成されているタングステ
ンあるいはタングステン合金からなるターゲツト
と、基体の反対面に接合されているグラフアイト
層とを具備し、グラフアイト層が焦点軌道面に関
連する部分を除去され、熱放散能力のたかい材料
からなる黒化膜がこの除去部分に位置して基体に
形成されていること、を特徴としている回転陽極
形エツクス線管の陽極。 ２ 黒化膜が耐熱性金属酸化物からなつている実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の陽極。
