再生を行う光ピツクアツプであつて、 光情報記録媒体による反射光が照明用光路から
分離した後、上記反射光を2光束に分離する分離
手段と、 この分離手段により分離した2光束に、互いに
直交する方向の非点収差を発生させる収差発生手
段と、 この収差発生手段により非点収差の発生した2
光束をそれぞれ受光する受光素子とを有し、 上記受光素子は2分割もしくは4分割受光素子
であつて、各受光部は上記2光束の中心部を除く
光束部分を受光して受光量に応じた光電変換信号
を発するものであり、 上記光電変換信号を用いて焦点誤差信号を発生
