Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the drawn section of a lead wire of a stepping motor with numerous coils and to allow the motor to be automatically assembled, by using a printed board with a lead wire fixing hole and a printed board holding pedestal with a lead wire fixing projection. CONSTITUTION:A printed board 27 to which a lead wire 26 is connected is installed so that a terminal 16, where a coil end 17a of a stator 12 is inserted and fixed to a frame 24 is connected, may pass through a connecting hole of the printed board 27. At the same time, the lead wire 26 is pressed to a square hole to fix the lead wire of the printed board 37 with a lead wire fixing projection of a printed board holding pedestal 18 and the lead wire 26 is bent and mechanically fixed. The printed board 27 is also pressed and fixed to a printed board holding click 18a of the printed board holding pedestal 18. In this condition, the lead wire 26 is drawn from the outside circumference of the motor and a protective cover 28 is mounted to the printed circuit board 27.

Conventional technology A stepping motor rotates by one step angle in response to a human power signal, and is widely used as an output source in office equipment such as printers and typewriters. Along with this trend, the stepping motors installed are also becoming smaller and thinner, but due to price competition in the market, stepping motors with a large number of coils have automatic coil terminal processing and 7-wire lead-out parts. Terminals, metal fittings, and other parts are added for assembly, and a housing cover that covers these protrudes from the morph body.
It has been considered difficult to apply conventional methods that require such protrusions to small and thin stepping motors.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above method, a large amount of resin is used for fixing the lead wires and insulating the connection parts, and in order to obtain a certain level of strength,
In order to improve workability, a certain amount of space is required, and that space is what protrudes from the motor, but when it comes to small and thin motors, the protrusions are not limited to the radial direction (
, it also protrudes in the axial direction, and it is difficult to add parts such as terminals and conductive metal fittings to the winding pull-out part of a small and thin stepping motor, and to perform automatic assembly. It had many (problems) in terms of aspects.
