の薄肉部が形成され、この薄肉部の内側にガス圧
室が形成されており、このガス圧室へ圧縮ガスを
供給して上記薄肉部によつて上記二枚の板材を拡
散接合する拡散接合装置において;上記薄肉部に
はそのガス圧室側に補強リブが設けられているこ
とを特徴とする拡散接合装置。 2 上記補強リブは上記薄肉部と一体に形成され
