帯板製造設備の一例を示す構成図である。 図面中、１は金属薄スラブ連続鋳造設備、１ａ
はレードル、１ｂはタンデイシユ、１ｃはベルト
キヤスタ、１ｄはガイドロール、２は保熱炉、３
はデスケーラ、３ａは板曲げ機構、３ｂはデスケ
ーラ・ピンチロール、３ｃは高圧水噴射装置、３
ａ−１，３ａ−２は押込ロール、４はエツジヤ、
５は多ロール式圧延機、５ａは圧延機構、５ｂは
ローラ矯正機構、５ａ−１は圧延機構、上バツク
アツプロール、５ａ−２は圧延機構、下バツクア

Claims (1)
- 金属薄スラブを連結して鋳造する連続鋳造装置
と、鋳造された金属薄スラブを圧延に最適な温度
に調整する保熱炉と、金属薄スラブを曲げるとと
もに高圧水を噴射することによりスケールを除去
するデスケーラと、複数の圧延ロールを有する多
ロール式圧延機と、シヤーと、カローゼルリール
とを、烈上記の順に連ねて配置したことを特徴と
する帯板製造設備。
