Abstract

PURPOSE:To disperse a stress and secure the flatness of a hub-mounting face by forming both outer and inner circumferential beads perfectingly on the radial outside and inside of stress escape ports formed in the hub-mounting face so that said stress escape ports are put between said beads. CONSTITUTION:A wheel 1 is formed of a rim 2 and a disc 3. A hub hole 4 is formed in the center of the disc 3, and also hub bolt pass holes 5 and stress escape holes 6 are alternately formed radially outwardly from the hub hole 4, with a hat part 7 swelled widthwise outwardly being formed radially outwardly from these holes 5, 6. In this structure, both outer and inner circumferential beads 11 and 12 making contact with the hub 10 are projected on the radial outside and inside of the stress escape hole 6, respectively. ピン19を介して位置決めセットしたホイールディスク
3をコイニングパッド16によって押付け、この状態で
パンチ1フにて応力逃し穴6を打ち抜き、次いで上ダイ
ベース15を側方に移動して打ち抜いた応力逃し六〇上
方にパンチ17を位置せしめ、再び上ダイベース15を
下降せしめることで応力逃し穴6の外側及び内側にビー
ド11.12を形成する。
