第１図は本考案に係る一実施例を示す温度計測
装置の断面図、第２図は同じく他の実施例の断面
図、第３図は第１図または第２図に示す温度計測
装置の較正特性図、第４図及び第５図は本考案装
置を多点計測に適用した応用例を示す平面図、第
６図及び第７図は従来例を示す温度計測装置の断
面図である。 図中、６は熱電対、７は高温高速ガス、１３は
輻射シールド、１７はシールド内壁面、１８は冷
却流体通路、２０は冷却流体である。
装置の断面図、第２図は同じく他の実施例の断面
図、第３図は第１図または第２図に示す温度計測
装置の較正特性図、第４図及び第５図は本考案装
置を多点計測に適用した応用例を示す平面図、第
６図及び第７図は従来例を示す温度計測装置の断
面図である。 図中、６は熱電対、７は高温高速ガス、１３は
輻射シールド、１７はシールド内壁面、１８は冷
却流体通路、２０は冷却流体である。
Claims (1)
- 輻射シールド内に設けた熱電対に、動圧によつ
て上記シールド内に導入されてシールド外へ排出
して行く高温高速気体を、接触させてその温度を
計測する装置において、上記熱電対を、これより
上記シールド内壁面を見た立体角を全立体角に近
づけるように一重のシールドで囲繞し、該シール
ドにこれの冷却温度を任意に制御して熱電対の誤
差を積極的にコントロールするための冷却流体を
流す冷却流体通路を設けたことを特徴とする温度
計測装置。
