て、主流路内に流量計ボデイと一体の突出部を設
け、該突出部にパイプ部材を付加して副流路を形
成し、かつ、回路ユニツトに結合された熱線素子
の支持部材のモールド部分をそう入する穴を、前
記突出部に、前記副流路に貫通するように設けた
