根車を中間ケーシングを介してそれぞれ収納し且
つ回転軸の軸芯と偏心させて取付けられた円形ケ
ーシングとを有する多段液封式ポンプにおいて、
上記複数個の羽根車を駆動機軸端上に取付け、上
記回転軸の軸芯とケーシングの偏心方向とを前段
と後段とで回転方向に１８０度ずらせて配置し、
前段の排気口と後段の吸気口とを中間ケーシング
の仕切壁の表裏にそれぞれ配置し且つこれら両口
を連通させると共に、１箇所設けられる軸封部を
吐出ケーシング中に設置したことを特徴とする多
